In 2005, Marie-Claude Grenier, who was then working for an international recruitment firm in Montreal, founded Atout Recrutement with a clear vision: to hire the right talent for employers. Three years later, Robert Dubé joined the team to develop a search service for executives and professionals specialized in the environment. Guided by the values of sustainable development, Robert’s mission was to find passionate leaders who want to contribute to his clients’ success.
