The 22nd annual meeting of the 3RMCDQ was held in Drummondville last February 14th. The meeting gathered over 350 professionals in the recycling and recuperation of construction and demolition materials. Our President, Robert Dubé, was one of 15 people who gave an address. He proposed 3 possible solutions to the problem of labour shortages and retention in Quebec:
- Pooling of resources – a component of the circular economy;
- Transferable skills – another component of the circular economy;
- International recruitment.
