With over 28 years’ experience in customer service, Dominique is passionate about the human side of the business. For her, customer service is a crucial element in a company’s success. An element she learned over several years as Assistant Manager for Walmart Canada and for the Super C banner.

These were significant positions for her, as she learned a great deal about managing budgets, sales, e-commerce and the food sector, among other things. Having trained with Harvard University, she developed even more in-depth skills in people management, understanding emotional intelligence and managing priorities. The part of the company that most appealed to her as Assistant Manager, and which would become her favorite, was human resources, in the recruitment of teams for different areas of the company.

Finding the right people for the right jobs is something that motivates her every day. Finding solutions, ideas to improve the company’s productivity by carefully selecting candidates according to the company’s values.

It was through her experience as a manager that she met Marie-Claude Grenier, Senior Director, Major Accounts and Special Projects at Atout Recrutement. A good working relationship developed between her and Marie-Claude, and Dominique decided to join the Atout team in October 2022 to work full-time in recruitment with a dynamic and professional team.
